About us

Natural Options was founded in 1998.  From the original two founders, John Mason and Sue Lewis, it has grown to encompass twelve therapists.  Massage therapy techniques, Bowen therapy, cranio-sacral, lymphatic drainage, reiki, shiatsu and tuina are offered by the practitioners here.  Our focus is on therapy for the individual.

We are all independent practitioners, but we combine our skills to produce appropriate outcomes for our clients.  Our work is of the highest standard.  We see ourselves as a therapeutic community, with an ethos that includes self care, participation in decision making and sharing of our knowledge.

Natural Options is very family oriented.  We welcome children.  We are registered with the Australian Breastfeeding Association as a place in which mothers are welcome to feed their babies.

There is lots of free parking at Natural Options and there are bike racks just outside the shop.  We are 30 metres from a bus stop (10/942), with service to Belconnen and Civic.
